INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cake flour
a pinch of slat
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
250 gram grated butter (or margarine)
250 gram grated cheddar cheese
smooth peach jam
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit),
Sift the dry ingredients together. Rub in the grated butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Add the cheese. Roll into small balls the size of walnuts. Make a hole in the centre with your finger. Spoon jam into the hole.
Grease a baking tray and place the tartlets on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
